Product Returns
At LIGHTING SERVICES LLC, we want every customer to be satisfied with their lighting purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, please contact us before sending it back.
Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Requirements
Products must be returned:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- With all included components and accessories.
- Without installation marks, scratches, or other signs of use.
- Properly protected for return shipment.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Customized or specially prepared products.
- Final-sale merchandise.
- Lighting products that have been installed or modified.
- Items damaged through improper handling or installation.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
